Managing Your Billing and Invoices

Got questions regarding payments and billing? We’re here to help.

To access your billing information, simply click on “Billing”. You can find this either on the left-hand panel on your home dashboard or from the dropdown menu found by clicking the arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner.

This will show you all the information you need regarding your payments and subscriptions to Growth Haus. Your billing information will be displayed here, as well as your next payment date and any enrichment credits you may have.

You can also click on the “Subscriptions” tab to add new LinkedIn accounts to your Growth Haus plan.

Lastly, you can view your payment history by clicking on the “Transactions” tab in the billing menu. If you would like to change your payment plan, Growth Haus offers a range of different plans and packages to choose from, which you can find on our website.

Upgrading or Canceling Your Account

Is your current level of Growth Haus not satisfying you? This guide will tell you how to upgrade or cancel your subscription.

Perhaps your current subscription plan isn’t as efficient as it could be. Or maybe your business has seen a sudden growth and you’re looking to expand even further by upgrading your software? For whatever reason, your plan may not be sufficient for you.

Here’s how you upgrade your plan:

Upgrading your plan

First, take a look at our plans and packages. We offer three main types of plans: the Basic, the Essential, and the Pro. Each one comes with different bonuses, so make sure you compare them thoroughly.

Or, if you prefer, we can arrange a custom plan tailored just for you!

Once you’ve decided on a plan, be it regular or custom, simply get in contact with us or your dedicated account manager to arrange an upgrade.

Another, perhaps simpler way to upgrade is in your home dashboard itself. Simply click on “Billing” in the left-hand menu and then select “Subscriptions”.

This will let you add plans for different LinkedIn accounts.

Cancelling your subscription
